We prepare products for making hodgepodge. Put the smoked pork ribs in a saucepan of a suitable size, fill with water and put on the stove. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for half an hour. After the specified time has elapsed, we remove the ribs from the pan, and leave the broth on the stove for further preparation of the hodgepodge.
Slightly squeeze the pickled cucumbers from the brine and cut into small cubes, in proportion to the rest of the ingredients. We send it to the broth.
