Solyanka at the stake

Solyanka turns out to be even more aromatic and atmospheric if cooked over a fire. This can be a great alternative to kebabs. In addition to the products listed below, cooking will require a cauldron or deep heat-resistant container, a source of open fire and a good mood.

Cut the beef into two approximately equal pieces. Cut one piece into thin slices and set aside. This portion will be roasted.

We also cut the second piece of beef into thin slices. Cut the chicken into small slices, and cut the meat from the smoked pork ribs into strips.
