The proposed recipe for a hodgepodge for the winter with bell pepper may well become traditional both at festive feasts and during a family dinner. Such a hodgepodge turns out to be fragrant, piquant and harmonious in its taste.

Cooking process
Combine bell peppers, onions, carrots and green tomatoes in a deep saucepan. Add salt, sugar and pepper. Simmer everything, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, stir, simmer for another 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add vinegar to the mixture and mix thoroughly again.
