Solyanka for the winter with bell pepper

In winter, sometimes you really want to please yourself and your family with blanks. The proposed recipe for a hodgepodge for the winter with bell pepper may well become traditional both at festive feasts and during a family dinner. Such a hodgepodge turns out to be fragrant, piquant and harmonious in its taste.

Wash the peppers, dry them on a kitchen towel. Then cut the peppers, remove the core, seeds and partitions. Cut the peppers into strips.

Wash carrots, peel, grate on a coarse grater.

Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half rings.

Wash green tomatoes, cut into small cubes.

Combine bell peppers, onions, carrots and green tomatoes in a deep saucepan. Add salt, sugar and pepper. Simmer everything, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, stir, simmer for another 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add vinegar to the mixture and mix thoroughly again.

Pour the hodgepodge for the winter with bell pepper into previously sterilized jars, close the jars tightly with lids, leave to cool in a warm place. Then you can move the hodgepodge to a cool storage area. It will be delicious in winter!
