Here is a recipe for a delicious hodgepodge for the winter. Adding fresh cucumbers to cabbage makes the hodgepodge more original in taste. Let's prepare the cabbage. We cut off the upper leaves, remove the stump. Then chop the cabbage into small strips. If you have a special cabbage grater, use it.
