Solyanka for the winter with tomato sauce

An appetizing cabbage hodgepodge with tomato sauce is an excellent dish that is easy to prepare for future use. Solyanka can be used as a base for bigus or as an independent dish, cook soup with it and much more. If you prepare a couple of such jars for the winter, you will definitely not regret the time spent.

Finely chop fresh white cabbage with a sharp knife.

Peel the onions and cut them into thin half rings.

Grate the washed and peeled carrots with a grater, and then send the carrots and onions to the skillet for sautéing in a little oil. Vegetables should be tender over low heat.
