Juicy mushroom preparation - moderately salty and with a small spike. A great way to preserve mushrooms for the winter quickly and at the same time mix them with vegetables in one very fragrant and satisfying dish.

Peel the mushrooms and rinse well. Cut them into small pieces and boil them in water, draining the water three times and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Strain them with a colander.
