Solyanka with potatoes

Solyanka with potatoes is a fairly hearty soup that will appeal to the entire male population. The solyanka turns out to be thick and rich. Chicken stomachs give an unusual aromatic note. Prepare a hodgepodge of potatoes and it will become your man's favorite dish.

Wash beef, pork and chicken stomachs thoroughly, put in a deep saucepan, cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam and cook over low heat for about an hour. Transfer the finished meat to a cutting board, cool and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Rinse and peel the potatoes well, cut into medium cubes. Place in a pot of broth and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Peel the onions and chop finely. Heat the pan well, add a little vegetable oil and fry until soft.
