Place the chicken meat in a saucepan, fill it with water and put it on the fire. After boiling, remove the resulting foam, add salt and continue to cook the meat for another 30 minutes on minimal heat. When ready, remove the meat from the broth, separate it from the bone and cool.

We peel the potatoes, rinse them with water and then cut them in a way convenient for you. After that, we transfer the chopped potatoes to the broth and cook for 20 minutes until tender.

Cut the boiled breast, sausage and boiled-smoked pork into small cubes.

Peel the onions and carrots. Rinse under running water and then cut into small cubes. We send prepared vegetables to be fried in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
