Solyanka with sauerkraut and meat

Each housewife has her favorite recipes for sauerkraut dishes as an indispensable product on the winter table. In this recipe, you are invited to cook a hodgepodge soup with sauerkraut, adding meat, smoked sausage and potatoes.

Cook the beef with bone until tender, adding the onion and bay leaves to the broth. It will take you 1-1.5 hours.

When the meat is cooked and separates from the bone, you can start cooking the hodgepodge. Peel a slice of "Cervelat" and cut into thin strips. Chop the peeled onion into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chopped onion and sausage in it.

Then put sauerkraut in a frying pan, add a spoonful of tomato paste, pour a glass of meat broth and simmer everything over low heat for 5 minutes.

Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes.

Remove the cooked beef from the broth. Separate the meat from the bone and cut it into cubes.
