Cut the pork into oblong pieces. We put a large cauldron on the stove and pour oil into it so that it fills the bottom completely. We spread the chopped pork in a cauldron and fry. At first - over high heat: until the moment when the meat begins to cover with a light crust. After that, reduce the heat to medium. Add ground black pepper and salt. Fry for 10 minutes and put the meat out of the cauldron.

Finely chop the sauerkraut. We put it in a cauldron, in which there was meat, and add a little more sunflower oil. Then pour 100 ml of water into the cauldron, cover with a lid and leave to simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Add sugar and tomato paste to the cabbage, mix and close the lid again.

After 5 minutes, add the fried pieces of pork to the cabbage and another 150 ml of water. Mix everything and cover the cauldron with a lid.

We cut the onion and get small cubes, sauté. Cut the carrots into strips and also send them to be sautéed. They can be divided, or you can sauté them together in one pan. After the cabbage has been stewed for half an hour, put carrots, chopped garlic and onions into the cauldron.

Chop the parsley and dill, add them to the cauldron and mix. Simmer the hodgepodge for about 40-60 minutes over low heat. You can determine the readiness by the state of the cabbage: it should be soft.
