The classic hodgepodge is prepared in meat broth and takes 2 hours to prepare. In this recipe, you are offered a faster version of a hodgepodge with sauerkraut - cook it in a slow cooker and without broth, and add a wonderful aroma and taste to it by adding ham and smoked sausage.

Peel the onion and chop into thin half rings. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program for 20 minutes and fry the onion in it until transparent.

Cut ham and smoked sausage into strips, transfer to a multi-bowl and sauté for 5 minutes.

Then add a spoonful of tomato pata to these fried ingredients, stir and continue frying for another 5 minutes.

Squeeze sauerkraut from the brine and, if sour, rinse with cold water and transfer to a bowl.
