Wash the cabbage, remove the top sheets and chop into thin strips. Pour some of the sunflower oil into a saucepan and put the cabbage there, fry it over high heat for 5-10 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer the cabbage for 40 minutes, stirring constantly.
