Cabbage solyanka with honey agarics is a wonderful lunch dish. Solyanka turns out to be very satisfying and aromatic, thanks to the mushrooms in the dish. You can serve it both independently and with potatoes.

Chop the cabbage very finely and finely with a sharp knife. Do not cut the stump, only the leaves - the hodgepodge should be juicy and soft.

Place the cabbage in a saucepan or cauldron and remember well with your hands until the juice is released. Add one liter of purified water and vegetable oil to the cabbage. Simmer the cabbage over low heat for about five minutes, lightly salting it.

Peel the onions and carrots and chop finely. Grind carrots with a grater. Fry the whole thing over medium heat in a skillet with oil, about five to six minutes will be enough.

Sort out the mushrooms, peel and rinse well. Cut the large ones and leave the small ones as they are. Fry them in a skillet with oil over medium heat, without a lid. Honey mushrooms should become an appetizing golden color.
