Usually, when mentioning a hodgepodge rolled up for the winter, there is always the qualification "mushroom". However, mushrooms are difficult to digest and assimilate by the human body, unlike cabbage. Therefore, today I propose to cook cabbage hodgepodge with tomatoes, carrots and onions for the winter.
