Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, pour the vegetable oil into it and mix. Do not forget about pepper and bay leaves, as well as spices and salt with sugar. But we do not add vinegar yet, we will leave it for later. Simmer the food on low heat for 40 minutes. Now pour in the vinegar, mix and keep on fire for another 10 minutes.
