An appetizing hodgepodge based on completely natural, healthy products. Fresh tomatoes are much better than ready-made pasta, which means that the taste of the dish will only be better. Cabbage also goes well with them. These products reveal each other's taste well.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, pour over them with boiling water so that the peel is better removed. Remove it and grind the tomatoes with a blender.

Wash cabbage and chop finely.

Rub the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onions into squares.

But we do not add vinegar yet, we will leave it for later. Simmer the food on low heat for 40 minutes. Now pour in the vinegar, mix and keep on fire for another 10 minutes.
