Solyanka with sausages

Probably the most famous and popular of all soups, always rich and satisfying. But what to do when there is no kilogram or two of selected meat at hand, ordinary sausages will come to the rescue.

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Pour potatoes into the water.

Remove the film from the sausages, cut into rings 0.5 centimeters thick, fry in a pan and put in a saucepan.

Wash and peel the carrots and grate them on a medium grater. Remove the husk from the onion and cut it into half rings. Fry the onions and carrots in a skillet. After 7-10 minutes of stewing, add tomato paste to the vegetables, mix well, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.

It is better to take the pitted olives right away, cut them into thin rings.
