Meat solyanka is a spicy, spicy and hearty soup made from fresh meat and ready-made meat products: smoked sausage, ham and sausages. Pickled cucumbers or sauerkraut are added to it for sourness. Pre-frying the ham and sausage with onions gives the hodgepodge a peculiar taste.
