Solyanka in a multicooker turns out thick with a rich smoked taste. Thanks to the device, the cooking process is greatly simplified, you do not need to follow the preparation and you can do other useful things.

Wash and peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into thin quarters.

Cut the pickles into medium-sized cubes.

Cut the smoked ribs lengthwise. Cut meat products into cubes or circles. The cutting method is not critical.

Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add grated carrots and chopped onions, stir and fry in the "Fry" mode until softened, add tomato paste and stir.

Pour in about two liters of water, transfer the prepared meat products to the bowl. Season with salt to taste, add black peppercorns and bay leaves. Close the lid of the multicooker and select the "Soup" or "Cooking" mode on the multicooker panel, set the cooking time to 35 minutes.

While the hodgepodge is cooking, wash the lemon and cut into wedges. Rinse the greens well under cool water, dry and chop finely. Open a jar of olives, drain the liquid through a sieve. Cut the olives into slices. Peel and chop the garlic with a knife.
