Pickled cucumbers without rolling

Crispy pickles can be prepared without a careful rolling process. The product will be tasty and original. You just need to bide your time!

At the bottom of the jar we spread the leaves: currants, cherries, oak and horseradish. We add only half of the latter. Also at this stage we put dill umbrellas.

Spread half of the cucumbers tightly. Necessarily in an upright position.

The remaining half can be laid out horizontally. The main thing is that the cucumbers fit snugly together.

Dilute the salt in cold water, then pour in the cucumbers.

Put the rest of the horseradish leaves on the very top of the cucumbers. This will save the workpiece from excess fermentation.

Cover with a lid and leave for three days in a cool place. We put the jar on a plate, since water will flow out during the fermentation process.
