Eggplant saute is an incredibly tasty snack that can be prepared in cans and enjoyed by the whole deputy! Vegetable sauté will perfectly complement meat dishes, go well with potato and cereal side dishes. Juicy and aromatic, any dish will become more appetizing and brighter!

We wash the vegetables with water. Peel the carrots and peppers and cut them into rather large pieces.

We also cut the eggplants into cubes of about 2 * 2 cm.

We remove the petioles from the tomatoes and puree them with a blender.

Now pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, put carrots and peppers in it, bring the mass to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
