The aromatic spicy eggplant sauté can be served as a salad or as a side dish. You can prepare a snack without using vinegar, it will not take much of your time.

We wash the eggplants and tomatoes, then dry them. Cut vegetables into thin even slices. Fry the eggplants immediately until light golden brown in a pan.

Chop the onion, rub the carrots. Fry vegetables until tender, then put them in a saucepan, in which we will prepare a snack.

Put the fried eggplant on the carrots and onions, sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. We also cut fresh herbs. Add half to the vegetables.
