A very satisfying and delicious chicken and eggplant dish can be easily prepared for the winter. This preparation will be useful to you as a main dish or an addition to stews, soups, as a cold salad. Be sure to try this sauté recipe, it turns out to be very tender and keeps well.

Before preparing eggplant sauté for the winter, take all the vegetables, sort them out and rinse in running water.

Measure all loose and liquid ingredients for sauté in advance to speed up and simplify the preparation process.

Finely chop the peeled onions and bell peppers.

Add the eggplants, cut into half rings, to a bowl of peppers and onions. If you have them very small, then they can be cut into circles.

Put a bowl of vegetables on the stove, add vegetable oil, salt and spices, then start simmering them over moderate heat. All vegetables should be cooked and softened. Add vinegar and simmer vegetables for about ten minutes, stirring.
