Lingonberry sauce for the winter in a slow cooker

Light lingonberry sauce, the spicy sweetish taste of which, due to its characteristic bitterness, will add variety to the dishes we are used to. It keeps well in the refrigerator, so it is worth cooking with a reserve so that it will definitely be enough for the winter. Can be added to any meat, cottage cheese and cheese.
