Plum and bell pepper ketchup

Plum and bell pepper sauce will be an excellent addition to meat delicacies and various side dishes. The combination of fruits and vegetables in it gives a special piquant taste and rich aroma. For its preparation usually use plums "Hungarian", so its color turns out to be bright scarlet.

Wash the plums, then fill with warm water and leave for 15 minutes.
