According to this recipe, combining plum and tomato flavors, you will prepare an excellent sauce for any dish. The highlight of the preparation is the special preparation of spices for the sauce. For the sauce, take plums of the "Vengerka" variety; the ratio of plums and tomatoes should be 2: 1.

Pour vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan or stewpan and heat it well. Pour ground dry spices into the oil and fry them a little over low heat. Then transfer chopped garlic, pepper, cilantro to them and fry everything for a couple of minutes. Then put plum and tomato puree into this bowl for spices, add sugar and salt and mix. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be sure to remove the sample and adjust to your liking.
