Spaghetti with chanterelles

Boil the spaghetti in slightly salted water for 8-10 minutes. Or read the instructions for making spaghetti on the package and cook the pasta as directed.

Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Preheat a skillet, pour in some olive oil, put onions and fry them until translucent. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the pan to the onion and fry for 1 minute. Cut the bacon into small cubes and send it to the pan, fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Wash the chanterelles, chop and add them to the pan to the other ingredients, mix, fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the cream and simmer the contents of the skillet over low heat for 10-15 minutes, until the creamy sauce thickens. Then add the chopped greens, salt and season to taste. Drain the pasta from the pasta and transfer it to the pan to the sauce, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
