Turkey thigh steak in a pan

Steaks cook quickly over high heat because all meat juices need to be sealed under a golden brown crust. The same principle is used to prepare turkey thigh steaks.

Peel the onions and carrots, chop in random order. Rinse the meat with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Rub the meat with salt, spices and vegetable oil, leave to marinate in a cold place for 2-3 hours.

Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, put the steak and chopped vegetables. Grill the steak for 3 minutes on each side over high heat. Stir the vegetables periodically.

When the vegetables are browned, remove them from the pan. Pour the soy sauce over the steak and continue to cook, covered, for another 2 minutes on each side.
