Turkey drumstick steak in the oven

Red turkey meat is juicier and makes great steaks. You can cook them in a pan and in the oven. Usually, parts of the lower leg are used for this.

Combine soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt and spices in a bowl

Wash the turkey drumstick steaks, dry and place in the marinade. Leave the meat for 2-5 hours to marinate, you can leave it overnight.

Fry the marinated meat in a pan in vegetable oil over high heat. Each side will take a couple of minutes.
