Turkey steak, as a dietary, healthy and tender meat, turns out well on the grill, but with the slightest carelessness of the cook it quickly turns into a "sole", so such steaks are often marinated. In this recipe, you are invited to marinate steaks in mayonnaise.

Rinse the turkey breast (fillet) well with cold water, wipe dry with a kitchen towel and cut across the grain into steaks at least 2 cm thick.Place the steaks in a plastic container or other dish and sprinkle them with salt and spices. Coriander, cardamom, paprika and nutmeg are good spices for turkey.
Then spread the steaks on both sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle with dry basil. Chop the peeled onions into rings of medium thickness and place them on top of the steaks. Cover the dishes with steaks and leave for 2 hours to marinate at normal home temperature, not in the cold, so that the meat is well saturated with mayonnaise.
