Turkey steak in the oven with cheese

Juicy turkey meat is perfect for any meal. It is especially delicious to bake it under a tender cheese crust. Steak with cheese can be served with any side dish of your choice.

Wash the turkey fillet, blot with paper towels and cut into slices 1.5-2 centimeters thick. Beat the meat well with a kitchen hammer. Rub the steaks with salt and spices.

For breading, combine the crackers, oregano and grated Parmesan.

In a separate bowl, beat an egg and combine with chopped garlic. Dip the meat into the egg mass first.
