Turkey steak in soy sauce

What better for a light udin than tender and healthy turkey meat. Soy sauce marinade makes meat moderately salty and aromatic, without interrupting its natural taste.

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mustard, salt and spices.

Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry with paper towels and cut into steaks 2-3 centimeters thick. Dip the meat in the marinade, stir and leave for half an hour.

Blot excess moisture with paper towels before frying meat.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan and place the steaks. Grill over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
