Trout steaks with soy sauce on the grill

Let's cook trout steaks on the grill - this is an ideal substitute for kebabs: tasty, aromatic, healthy and not so hard on the stomach. We will marinate the fish in soy sauce, fish spices and lemon juice. For cooking on the grill, it is convenient to use a closed double-sided grill.

Wash the fish thoroughly, cleanse the scales, remove the insides. Cut the carcass into steaks. Their thickness should be about two to three centimeters. Dry the cut fish with a paper towel. Prepare the marinade in a separate container. Pour salt, granulated sugar, black pepper and fish spices into a bowl. Pour in olive oil and soy sauce. Shake everything with a fork. We wash the lemon with hot water to increase the secretion of juice. Squeeze the juice out of the citrus and add it to the resulting mixture. Stir, the marinade is ready.

Pour the cooked marinade over the steaks. Alternatively, grease them liberally with a silicone brush. We process pieces of fish on both sides to soak the trout well with the marinade. We leave to marinate for half an hour.

We prepare the grill: the temperature of the coals should be lower than for cooking meat. No open flame is allowed. We place the steaks on a greased grate and send them to the grill.
