Red fish is always tasty and beautiful. Oven-baked pink salmon steaks are perfect for any table. For juiciness, you can add mayonnaise or soy sauce to them.

Defrost the pink salmon carcass completely, peel, cut off the head, fins and tail, wash thoroughly. Cut the pink salmon into steaks 3-4 centimeters thick, rub them with salt, set the fish aside.

Wash the dill and chop it finely with a knife. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pepper mixture, and dill.
