The most delicious garlic arrows can be prepared in the form of a paste: few people know how to use garlic arrows in this form. But this is not only a storehouse of vitamins, but also the basis for a piquant mass, which can be added to soups, sauces, side dishes, spread on sandwiches as a base and simply spread on bread.

Collect the garlic arrows before cooking. Cut off the buds, as well as the lower dense part of the stems. Next, cut the arrows into strips 4-5 cm long. Wash the garlic arrows, fold over a sieve and let the water drain.

Pass the garlic arrows through a fine-perforated meat grinder or chop in a food processor or blender.

Pour salt into the mass, mix.

Pour odorless vegetable oil to the arrows, you can use a choice of sunflower, olive or corn. Stir and pour in vinegar.

Mix everything again. If you wish, you can add greens to the mass, but this is not necessary, we cook without it.
