We wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small oblong pieces.

We wash the arrows, cut them into strips 5-10 cm long. Fill the arrows with boiling water for a minute, then drain the water.

We put a frying pan on the fire, well oiled with vegetable oil. We spread the chicken pieces and fry them on both sides for 5 minutes. Then add onions to them and fry for another 3 minutes. We lay out the arrows.
