Arrows of garlic in a multicooker

Few people know that garlic shoots can be used to make delicious aromatic dishes. The arrows are somewhat reminiscent of mushrooms to their taste. They are very well combined with baked or boiled potatoes, rice, perfectly complement meat and poultry. In this recipe, we suggest cooking garlic arrows in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash and dry the garlic arrows. The seed pods do not need to be cut off. We cut the arrows into small segments two to three centimeters long.
step 2 out of 5
Pour odorless vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the "frying" mode. Heat the oil and pour the chopped garlic arrows into it. We close the lid of the multicooker and fry the arrows with occasional stirring for ten minutes.
step 3 out of 5
After the specified time has elapsed, add salt, a pinch of sugar, a mixture of peppers, paprika to the arrows and mix. We continue to cook in the given mode for another three minutes with the lid closed.
step 4 out of 5
We wash the dill greens, dry them and chop finely with a knife. Pour the herbs over the arrows, pour with lemon juice and stir. Turn off the multicooker.
step 5 out of 5
We immediately put the finished arrows on portioned plates and serve. Can be served with new potatoes, for example.

Bon Appetit!
