Arrows of garlic in soy sauce

The aromatic garlic pods are savory and moderately spicy to form a delicious snack for any occasion. Although, it can be served both as a salad and as a side dish for main dishes.

Sort out the garlic arrows, cut off the dried ends, rinse and transfer to a towel to dry a little.

Cut them into small pieces up to 5 cm.

Put the spices in a mortar and grind with a pestle or spoon.

Pour some oil into a wok (or cauldron) pan and put on fire. When the oil warms up well, add the spices and fry for 1 minute.

Put the garlic arrows in the same pan and mix them with the seasonings. Fry until the main ingredient is soft for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sugar to the dish and slowly add the soy sauce. When the mass darkens, pour in the vinegar and add sesame seeds. Stir and taste. If necessary, add spices to taste and remove from heat.

Leave the appetizer to cool, then cover and refrigerate for 10 hours to saturate and soak.
