Homemade beef kharcho soup

Everyone loves homemade soups, they turn out to be very rich and tasty. The classic kharcho soup is made spicy; at home, at your discretion, you can adjust the taste of the dish. One thing remains unchanged - beef broth.

Wash the beef, transfer to a saucepan and cover with water. Cook the meat over medium heat. When the broth boils, add the peppercorns and bay leaf.

Add rice and chopped walnuts 10 minutes after boiling. Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes.

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them off and grind them in a blender. Pass the garlic, carrots, bell peppers and hot peppers through a meat grinder. Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour the vegetable oil into a preheated pan and add the onion, tomato paste and grated vegetables. Simmer the vegetable mixture over low heat for 10 minutes.
