To everyone who has a kitchen assistant - a slow cooker, I strongly recommend using an excellent recipe and making chicken kharcho soup. Kharcho turns out to be incredibly aromatic and indescribably tasty. Prepare such a soup and please your family.

Peel the onions, rinse and cut into small cubes.

Wash the carrots, peel them using a vegetable peeler, and grate them on a coarse grater.

Rinse the chicken breast thoroughly under cool water, pat dry with paper towels, and cut at random. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the chicken and prepared vegetables. Set the "Fry" mode on the panel of the appliance, the cooking time is 20 minutes.

Fry the ingredients until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under cool water, dry, cut in half, remove the stalk and grate on a coarse grater.

Measure out the required amount of rice, rinse it several times until clear water to get rid of excess starch. Add the washed rice to the broth.

Wash the bell peppers under cool water, then peel them of seeds and core, cut into thin rings, send to a multicooker.
