First of all, prepare all the ingredients. Boil the rice in advance, I have left from yesterday's side dish. Peel the onions. Peel carrots and potatoes with a vegetable peeler. Rinse the dill thoroughly and dry. Wash the chicken and cut into large pieces.

Cut the prepared vegetables into small cubes, cut the potatoes a little larger. Chop the dill.

Place the chicken in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom. Fill with cold water. Put the saucepan on moderate heat and bring to a boil, periodically removing the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. Add chopped vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes after boiling.
