I love kharcho very much, but it takes a lot of time to prepare a traditional dish. Therefore, I found a way out and simplified the recipe to a disgrace. Today I will share with you how I cook kharcho soup using chicken at home.

Put the prepared chicken fillet in a deep saucepan. Fill with cold water. Put the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, periodically removing the resulting foam with a slotted spoon or fine sieve. Add washed rice, season with salt, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes.
Rinse green onions in cool water, dry off excess moisture and chop with a sharp knife. Peel the garlic, rinse in water, and then chop with a sharp knife or pass through a press. Remove the fried carrots from the pan and add chopped green onions and garlic, and tomato paste on top. Stir well and fry a little.
