Not so long ago I had a chance to taste the aromatic mouth-watering lamb kharcho. Now I want to share with you this great recipe for a soup made at home. Hearty kharcho with an unusual combination of ingredients will appeal to everyone who tries it, I guarantee you.

Wash the lamb thoroughly, cut into medium-sized pieces, place in a well-heated deep frying pan with a thick bottom, greased with vegetable oil. Fry the meat until evenly golden brown.

Peel the onions, rinse and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrots with a peeler and cut into small cubes. Wash the bell peppers, peel from seeds and core, cut into cubes.

Put chopped onions and carrots in a frying pan for meat, fry until softened, stirring occasionally. Then add the chopped bell peppers and fry for a few more minutes.

Put the prepared frying in a deep saucepan. Pour with pre-prepared boiling water, put on moderate heat and bring to a boil, periodically removing the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. Then reduce heat and cook for about 30 minutes.

Rinse the required amount of rice thoroughly several times, and then put in the meat broth, salt, bring to a boil. Add tomato paste, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Sort the walnuts thoroughly so that the shell does not fall, chop and add to the pan.
