We first sort the porcini mushrooms, throw away the twigs and debris. We wash them and cut them into pieces so that they feel good in the soup. Then boil the mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

We also peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Saute the onion in vegetable oil.
