It has been empirically proven that dumpling soups are especially popular with children. And even those who usually refuse a plate of the first course will be delighted with such a soup with fancy pieces of dough. The magic of dumplings should be used more often on the family menu! We offer a recipe for a soup with chicken breast, vegetables and airy dumplings. Hearty, juicy, tasty, and at the same time easy and simple.

We prepare vegetables for frying. Peel the onions, wash them and chop them with a knife into small cubes.

Peel the carrots from the upper skin, rinse and rub on a fine grater.

In a thick-walled saucepan, melt the specified amount of butter and put the onion into it first. Fry it at an average stove temperature, not forgetting to stir. The onion should begin to brown slightly.

Then add the carrots, stir and continue cooking for another five to six minutes, stirring.

Cut off the peel from the potato, wash it and cut it into small pieces.
