Chanterelle soup is an incredibly aromatic summer dish! To make it less nutritious, you can cook it without meat. This soup turns out to be very tasty! And the aroma of forest mushrooms is just crazy! A real delight!

We wash the chanterelles and cut them into several parts. Boil water and send chanterelles into it, cook for 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Onions and carrots are also clean. Cut the onion into squares, rub the carrots on a coarse grater.

Add vegetables to chanterelles. Cook for another 15 minutes. Add chopped garlic, pepper and salt to taste.
