Chanterelle soup is a real taste of childhood! This is an incredible, rich taste and aroma of forest mushrooms! Appetizing, rich - you can't think of a better dish for a family dinner! It's time to pamper your loved ones!

Thoroughly rinse the chicken drumstick with water. Then put it in a saucepan, fill it with a glass of water and boil it for 15 minutes. We drain the water and fill it with a new one (1 l.). Boil the chicken for about 30-40 minutes, add salt, bay leaf and a few peppercorns to the water.

Wash the chanterelles and sort them out. The largest ones are cut into several parts. Fry the chanterelles in a pan for 10 minutes.

We also clean the carrots, cut into circles and fry with chanterelles for 10 minutes.

We wash the greens and finely chop them.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Add the potatoes to the broth and cook for 15 minutes. Then we introduce chanterelles and carrots, as well as noodles. We continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes. And a few minutes until cooked, add the herbs, taste, and then salt and season to taste.
