We present a recipe for a delicious rich soup with honey agarics and sour cream in chicken broth. It's hard to refuse such a dinner. It turns out especially tasty if you add a lot of fresh dill and parsley.

Put the breast, previously washed in cold water, into a saucepan. Pour in about 2 liters. water, bring to a boil, skimming off the foam. Peel the onion, put it whole in the broth. Add bay leaves, salt, seasonings. Pre-cook honey mushrooms separately in a saucepan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to meat broth and cook all together for 20 minutes.

Peel small potatoes, cut into cubes and add to broth, bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes. over medium heat.

Peel the carrots, wash and grate coarsely. Pour vegetable oil into a pan, add carrots and fry until golden brown. Transfer the finished meat to a plate, allow to cool slightly and remove from the bone, cut into pieces.

Add the carrots to the soup, cook for another 5 minutes. In 2 min. before the end of cooking, add meat to the soup, cook and turn off, let it brew for about 6-7 minutes.
