Chicken shurpa soup - a classic recipe

Shurpa soup is prepared with lots of spices and herbs. The classic version on chicken broth is a balanced dish rich in vitamins and microelements, perfect for a daily diet.

Wash the chicken meat, marinate it in a mixture of red pepper and garlic for 10-15 minutes. Then put the meat in a saucepan, cover with water and cook.

Wash the tomatoes, make a small cross-to-cross cut on each and lower them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

Then, carefully starting from the cuts, remove the skin.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, cut the peppers into strips, cut the potatoes into small wedges.

Add vegetables to the saucepan to the meat, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer the shurpa over low heat.
