This recipe is good in that the smallest beets or the one that has an unsuccessful shape can be put into such a blank. Now there is no need to worry about choosing whether to keep or throw out the “substandard”. It will definitely serve you in winter in borscht, hodgepodge and salads.

There should be a slight boil.
