Almost any recipe can be adapted for a dietary one by reducing the calorie content of the dish due to the amount of ingredients used or their fat content. Today I propose to cook a dietary cold beetroot on low-fat kefir.

Wash the beets thoroughly, dry them, wrap them in foil and place them in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees. Then cool it down and clean it. Grate the peeled beets on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips.

Rinse the chicken fillet well, put in a saucepan, bring to a boil, periodically remove the resulting foam. Simmer, covered over low heat, until cooked through. Cool the finished chicken fillet and chop finely. Boil chicken eggs. Peel the garlic. Cool the boiled chicken eggs and peel them.

Wash and dry the cucumbers thoroughly, grate on a coarse grater along with chicken eggs. Rinse the dill greens thoroughly under water and dry, finely chop. Pass the garlic through a press. Place all chopped ingredients in a deep bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in low-fat kefir and add lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
